By the login you find a button called Forgot password?. Click there and type in your email. After submitting you will receive an email with a link. Click on it and you will get a new password.

Your username is your email that you used to register!

You can find your email under the USER DATA. On the left side navigation tool you can click on USER DATA. Under MY ACCOUNT you can click on the button change at the email line. You will receive an email to your old account. You need to click on the link to successfully change your email. If you do not have access to your old email account, send us en email with your password, your old email and your new email.

You can find your password under your USER DATA. On the left side click on USER DATAin the navigation menu. You can find it under MY ACCOUNT. Type in your old as well as your new one. After confirming the new one you should have successfully changed it.

Make sure that you only use letters and numbers? Did you type in the old one correctly?

Upper and lower case matters. Please make sure that you type in your username and your password according to how you did at your registration.

Please try first to get a new password here. If you get the password you can login and change your password. Always use different passwords for your account here and your email-account. If you don\\\'t have the possibility to login in your account here please send us anemail.

On the left hand side you can click on USER DATA. There you can find and change your personal information.

If you would like to delete your account you have to do that under USER DATA. There you can find a button to delete it forever. Please note, that deleted profiles and included datas can not be recovered.

First of all please register yourself. Like this you can create a profile and this is a great way to advertize. Second you can advertize by displaying your banners or make text-ads. Please contact us by Email.

Those in green are the new parts out of the newest release. After the announcement of the new release they will stay in green for 2 months. Afterwards they will turn black as well.

There is no special software needed to be able to use eventsuche.ch. The only thing is that you allow your browser to run javascript.

We are working hard that your datas are secure. Your password is transmitted encrypted. We have embedded various security systems that should work against hackers. To run a 100% safely system is almost impossible. But we are doing a lot to keep that possibility as low as possible.

On your own PROFILE on the upper right you can see a link EDIT PROFILE. There you have all 4 profile pictures. The first one is your main profile picture. By clicking on the BROWSE button you can select a new one from your harddisk.

First of all you should make sure that your picture has one of the following size type (.gif , .jpg, .png) Then be sure that the filename is easy and short. Peculiar signs and spaces are not allowed. For example, picture1.jpg is a good filename. Don\'t use too long names.


Then check if your picture is not bigger than 2 MB, if you still have problems, your picture can be damaged. Therefore we have an easy solution.

No, you are not. But it makes sense that you upload a picture in order to get other members an idea of how you look like.

Click left on INSERT NEW and you will see the page where you can create your offer!

When you are on your profile's site you can edit your offer by clicking on the upper right on EDIT OFFER!

First of all you need to register. Click here to get an account. After registering you can immediately start using and inserting your offer.

You have to click on the link that is in the email. This will finish the registration.

Did you also check your spam-inbox? It may happen that it is there. If so make sure that you accept memberYou as a sender. If it is not there it can happen that it takes a day until the email has reached your inbox. It may also be that your inbox is full. In that case you need to delete a few mails to be able to get new ones. If you have any problems with your registration, write us an email.

Press the refresh button in your Browser to get a new picture. We are sorry but that will cause the typed in fields to be deleted.
